It’s been our busiest first quarter as far back as we can recollect. A huge thanks to so many people for making that happen; we’d like to address them all below. First, to our sales and project management team. From the initial conversations with customers, to organizing the crews for a given project, through sending over the concluding paperwork, our project managers delivered premium customer service time and time again. During this period, any moments we could spare were committed to further optimizing our project delivery processes. With technology like Fastfield, notes can be taken and quotes turned around faster than ever before. This ensures our clients get the service they need, when they need it. 

Another area of continually growing flourishment is our three field managers; Alex, Devin and Joseph. Each one has further cemented their specialization in bringing value to Raybern Erectors. Alex spearheads our safety program and Safety Committee, tasking all Raybern employees to put health and wellbeing above all else in their work duties. He drives us in our pursuit of COR certification. Devin’s natural proficiency at customer service has led to him leading the team in site visits; if you’re looking to get a fence, gate, or handrail quoted, odds are you met him. Finally, Joseph has been put to task managing our mobilization projects; anything that takes the team outside of our usual operating area in the Lower Mainland. From parks in Victoria to heavy industrial sites up North, Joseph has consistently delivered projects on time and on budget. 

Everyone has played such a part in the amount of work we accomplished this quarter. With a willingness to lead the status quo for safety through our communities, we have seen personal growth for people across the board. Given that summer is our busiest season, we can’t wait to see how our team maintains momentum in their personal development as they install fences, gates, and hand rails. Finally, we want to thank our customer base. Whether giving us a personal tour of the worksite or getting back to us straight away so we can sort out a quote; it all makes such a difference in our operations and we couldn’t be more grateful. Our customer’s cooperation and trust have significantly influenced this stellar quarter.  

We’re looking forward to a great year… we might even crush another quarterly record! No matter how it plays out we’re so excited to acknowledge the amazing team accomplishment that was this first quarter. Thank you, everyone.
