Building fences is what we do. Building leaders is what we believe in, and we’re always looking for more to join our team.
Welding or fencing industry experience are always welcome assets. However, we will work with the right person to develop the necessary skills. Educating and guiding people is the heart of our process after all!

Education
While individual growth gets mentioned often at Raybern, there are multiple ways to accomplish this. One of these is our Unlimited Opportunity program. Over 4% of total company profit is dedicated solely to furthering our employees’ knowledge. We want our team to thrive!
Depending on one’s role within our company, their enrolled programs can differ. For example, one of our office personnel completed their Masters in Business Administration in 2020, as it directly affected their position in managing human and financial resources. Another instance is one of our Field Managers completing their degree in Construction Operations, letting them take charge in the field with an even greater confidence knowledge than before.
