Our builds are only as good as the materials used for them, which is why we have carefully cultivated relationships with a variety of vendors. This means we get quality materials in a timely manner, preventing project delays and deficiencies.
Certified in welding, boomlifts, and more-VS-potentially uncertified personnel
Again, while construction companies don’t need their personnel certified to operate equipment like welders, the craftsmanship of the work is likely to be better. This is why we never cease our quest for the education and qualification of our employees
Dedicated Project Manager VS Owner-Operators
Our business was once like many competitors; two fellas in a pickup truck, starting up a construction company. One often wears many hats at that point, including that of a Project Manager. Our operation hosts an entire team of PMs with auxiliary support. Why does that matter? When you’re paired up with one of our Project Managers, you get the undivided attention that an owner-operator can’t possibly give when they’re pulled in multiple directions.
1-Year Warranty-VS-No backing
So we’ve left the worksite with a gleaming fence or handrail in place… but maybe we forgot something! A fresh contractor may not have the resources or willingness to rectify this issue.
